Guangxi lion dance team wins top prize at Vietnam event_我的网站

一 |     (ECNS) -- A lion dance team from Hezhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, won the championship at the International Lion, Dragon, and Unicorn Dance Festival in Vietnam.    Twenty-four teams from China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea competed, with the Hezhou Bilintang Lion & Dragon Group scoring the highest 9.4 points in the final.        Team leader Hu Longying said they hope to showcase lion dance as a traditional skill while promoting cultural exchange.    The group also shared techniques and drumming with participants from other countries and plans more overseas performances to promote Chinese folk culture.    (By Helen Mo, intern Liu Shuangjing)                         。

二 | 《北京时间1月14日晨报》据外媒Polygon报道，儿童图书发行商Chooseco已对Netflix提起诉讼，指控后者侵犯了该公司出版的“惊险十字路口”系列图书商标权。根据官方投诉，Netflix自2016年以来一直在与Chooseco协商该系列产品的授权。但Chooseco表示，Netflix从未真正获得使用该商标的许可。

三 | 上个月，电影《黑镜：潘达斯尼基》上映后，Chooseco向法院提起诉讼，指控Netflix未经公司授权，擅自从《惊悚片之旅》中借用创意，并要求2500万美元赔偿。这不是Chooseco与Netflix的首次谈判。在诉讼中，Chooseco说在电影播出之前，公司已经多次向Netflix发送“立即停止通知”。当然，这并不是Netflix在2018年遇到的唯一的商标侵权诉讼。

四 | 10月，撒旦神庙起诉了Netflix，声称在Netflix的电视连续剧“Sabrina的恐怖冒险”中出现了一个教会独有雕像的复制品。目前尚不清楚这些起诉是否最终会构成实际诉讼，或者当事人是否可以选择庭外和解。Netflix拒绝就这起诉讼置评。
